Voter Registration

The Library provides voter registration to all Ohio residents over the age of 18.

  • Registration forms must be signed in blue or black ink in the space provided, and must meet the Board of Election deadlines in order to be valid for an upcoming election.
  • Patrons must also use the voter registration form to register a change of address or change of name.

Visit VoteOhio.Gov for online voter registration, to look up your voter registration, request an absentee ballot, and more.

Library eCards

Apply for an eCard online if interested in an online only relationship with the library. eCards can be upgrade to standard library cards by showing valid photo ID and proof of address when you visit any of our libraries or the bookmobile.

eCards will not provide the patron with immediate access but will be processed within 72 hours. You will receive your library card number via email and will also receive a physical card in the mail. Please make sure to provide accurate email and snail mail information.

Loan Procedures

There is no charge to borrow materials from Troy-Miami County Public Library, provided they are returned on time and in good condition.

To check out items, you must present your library card or photo ID, or should know your library card number and pin.  Any adult patron with no identification of their own may verbally verify personal information in order to check out library materials.

A staff member may waive some or all required identification if the patron is well-known to them.
