In just a few minutes, you can give your child the gift of books!
Through Troy-Miami County Public Library’s partnership with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Ohio, you can sign up any child from birth up to age five to receive a new book in the mail each month at no cost to you. All children in the state of Ohio are eligible!
If your child takes part in the Imagination Library from birth, they'll graduate from the program with a set of 60 books! Better yet, the time you spend reading those books together will build the early literacy skills your child needs to succeed.

Support Imagination Library:
Donations can be made using Paypal, or by sending a check to the library (please put Imagination Library in the memo line. A $25 donation will fund 12 books for one child for a year while a $125 donation provides 60 books for one child for 5 years.
Spread the Word!
A child who can’t read well is four times more likely to drop out of high school before graduation. Reading aloud to a child and giving them access to books is the best way to ensure they are prepared to enter kindergarten. Please help us spread the word about this amazing free program by passing out information about the program!
